“Whoever sees Christ as a mirror of the Father’s heart, actually walks through the world with new eyes.” ~ Martin Luther

The world knows Jesus primarily as an itinerant teacher who seemed to be poorly received. But in Matthew’s Gospel, Jesus is shown to be a King ushering a kingdom with a new ethic, new values, goals and leadership, a new way of seeing. As we come to follow Jesus our lives are transformed in their entirety. Why we work, how we relate to others and culture, the way we use money and time and the very goals of our lives change as we are more and more brought into alignment with our King’s Word.

Join us as we take an in-depth look at the Good News given to us in the Gospel of Matthew over the next eight months, or subscribe to the Uptown Church Podcast to be updated weekly.
